This is a great opportunity for a candidate with Unix Scripting, SQL and J2EE to join a growing team where you will be supporting leading technology platforms which are critical to the group's success. Working in a fast paced and changing environment you will have full oversight of the architecture and infrastructure of the division's applications. Essential skills for this role include: Strong relational database experience ideally with Sybase but Oracle or SQL server would be fine J2EE configuration and maintenance Good working knowledge of Unix as well as Unix Scripting SQL Strong technical expertise in a faced paced working environment ideally Banking or Trading environment but this is not essential Strong customer focus High level of communication skills Keen problem solver If you have any MQ Series or Web methods this would be highly desirable. Working closely with the both development and production teams, you will be involved in the configuration and maintenance of multiple test
