Senior Officer Education Assessment Services (Data Analysis) (Ref: EA/11/015)
HONG KONG EXAMINATIONS & ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY (Hong Kong)
Duties: The appointee will be responsible for providing support for research projects on educational assessment. Major duties include but not limited to data collection, data analysis, preparation of reports and documents, project co-ordination and other administrative duties. Requirements: (a) A Master's Degree in education/research; (b) At least 6 years' working experience in research, preferably in educational assessment; (c) Good knowledge of Educational Measurement, including the Classical Test Theory and the Item Response Theory; (d) Hands-on experience using statistical/IRT computer software and able to interpret results; (e) Proficient in computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; (f) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
