Regional Technical Support Engineer(Based in Singapore)

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of the use of Surveying and Engineering instrumentation - Understand customer applications and dataflow requirement within the region - Assist the Regional Sales Manager in delivering the required Sales and Profit contribution targets - Audit technical skills of dealer personnel, as well as recommend and implement plans to improve their technical skills by conducting regular dealer training courses - Undertake key and strategic end-user demonstrations as required - Provide input into responses to large tenders as required - Provide 2nd level support to dealers and/or direct sales people - Identify unfulfilled customer requirements and share this information appropriately within the regional marketing group - Provide input into the regional customer database - Attend regional exhibitions as required - Conduct technical sales presentations as required - Develop and maintain a strong network with Business Unit application
