CHANNEL MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT Responsibilities: To confirm user requirements for branch operations and to coordinate among internal departments (including Information Technology Department) and other relevant parties for system implementation at branches To review operational efficiency at branch and to identify opportunities for system enhancement To conduct test planning and execute user acceptance test To review and comment on operating procedures or user mannuals related to branches To provide support to branches for system rollout preparation and post-implemenation review Requirements: University graduate Minimum of 5 years' experience in the banking industry Good knowledge in retail banking products and services Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and attentive to details Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and management skills Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficiency in MS Office applications (Candidates with
