Application Support / Test Analyst

Key responsibilities: Prioritise and respond to all issues with a sense of urgency. Communicating directly with customers over complex issues. Problem solving complex issues by collaboration and effective research. Servicing both internal and external stakeholders through regular communication updates. Understand all technical aspects of the supporting systems including hardware and network. Understand in depth the business requirements, rules logic behind the supporting business systems. Ensure the systems meet performance and availability SLA expectations. Pro-actively and pre-emptively identify potential issues and subsequent plan and resolve these issues to provide systems scalability and availability. Work closely with hands-on support team and provide back-fill support as required. Key requirements Very strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong testing background.
