Exciting opportunity for an Desktop Support Officer with Lotus Notes & Novell experience Initial 3 month Contract with options to extend Leading Government Agency Our leading State Government Agency require an experienced Service Desk Officer to join their team to provide hands on second level IT support to their users based in Brisbane. You are required to have knowledge and experience in the installation, support and maintenance of information technology infrastructure including Computer Hardware (eg. PCs, Servers, Printers), LAN, Voice, Data and Video Communications. It is essential to have experience in the installation, support, maintenance and administration of Operating Systems, Databases and Application Software including: Novell Products (eg NetWare and ZENWorks) Microsoft Products (Workstation and Server software) Lotus Notes or other enterprise email system Intranet/Internet Technologies.
