Solid understanding, experience and expertise of Ethernet, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, firewalls and VPN Enterprise-level technologies used to combat spyware, viruses and spam VPN technologies, preferably SonicWall XP Desktop Support, Windows 2003 Server and Windows Exchange 2003 Server Wireless network (ideally Cisco Wireless Networking),Veritas Backup Exec Active Directory in Windows 2000 and/or 2003 Server environments. Prior exposure to disaster recovery planning and implementation using technologies such as Veritas Backup Exec. Prior experience with working with any Avaya telephone/voicemail system essential Hands-on experience supporting IT services within a large global organization. Must able to work in Johor Permanent Position
