Provide quality support for a large Network Operations Centre Train, coach and mentor NOC Specialists and Technicians Who They Are A prestigious technology firm with presence in the regional markets. What You ll Get to Do Monitor backbone fibre links and ensuring continuous operations of the services Provide quality support for Network Operators in the Next Generation Broadband Network Manage and enforce SLA's in consultation with network operators to manage problem resolution expectations and timeframes. Service provisioning of customer network services and ensuring that the various service level agreements are kept Provide support services for Project & Operations and other technical teams 24x7 operations and maintenance of support systems and outside plant fiber network Assist the NOC Manager to set up the NOC (including the overseeing of the renovation works, installation of servers and setting up of local area network) Monitoring the performance and resource availability of fiber
