Due to additional workload they require an experienced Linux and VoIP Engineer to join an existing team in providing support at 2nd and 3rd level. Core Responsibilities: Front line support resolving technical issues within a 24x7 follow the Sun technical support environment. Provide problem resolution assistance to level 1 support teams. Provide solutions about VoIP software application platform. Interface with customers, partners and technical teams within the company to determine reasons for system faults and to understand methods of restoration and resolution. Required skills and Experience: A good understanding of MS Windows XP and Vista. Understanding Windows DLLs and the Outlook/IE plug in architecture. Experience with Client Server architecture.
