HOUSING MANAGER (Office located in Sheung Wan) (REF: A3/HM/PD/SCMP)
TUNG WAH GROUP OF HOSPITALS (Hong Kong)
Requirements (a) A recognized degree or equivalent; (b) membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing; (c) at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in property management and leasing, of which 6 years are in a managerial position; (d) proficiency in English as well as good command of written and spoken Chinese; and (e) good working knowledge with the Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, Building Management Ordinance, Security and Guarding Services Ordinance and other related ordinances. (Please specify in the resume or application form the relevant qualifications/working experience you have attained in detail.) Duties To assist the Senior Housing Manager in: (a) rental administration, leasing and management of Tung Wah's rental properties; (b) exercising budgetary control and preparing the annual budget; (c) preparing strategic plans for leasing and promoting Tung Wah's rental properties; (d) enforcing the terms and conditions imposed under the Tenancy
