Then the consumers should have a right to sue the company...The simple answer"CardSystems has taken steps to improve the security of its system" doesnt really help much to answer lot of q...On the first place how come the intruder came in to the system braking in to the required complex n sollid perimeter security systems..if he broke some how then how come there wasnt any alert by the IDS/IPS systems...The scam was only found by using Credit Card theft techniques..But when the intrusion could have stopped or found much earlier why it wasnt found..
