LogicaCMG is an Anglo-Dutch company that provides management and IT consultancy, systems development and integration as well as IT and business process outsourcing.

The IT solutions giant was formed when U.K.-based Logica merged with Amsterdam, Netherlands-based CMG in 2002. The company is headquartered in London, U.K., and is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Euronext Amsterdam.

LogicaCMG employs 40,000 people across 41 countries, and offers a range of services to enterprises across different sectors including telecoms, financial services, energy and utilities, industry, distribution and transport and the public sector. The company also supports the missions of a third of the world's satellites.

Last year, LogicaCMG successfully acquired French company Unilog, and did it again when it bought over Swedish IT services company WM-data for 882 million pounds (US$1.6 billion) in October this year.
