Fujitsu is Japan's No. 1 IT services provider and the world's fourth-largest.

Established in 1935, Fujitsu is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, and employs about 167,000 people globally.

Recently, Fujitsu announced that it will buy out Siemens' 50 percent stake in the companies' joint venture, PC manufacturer Fujitsu Siemens, for 450 million euros (US$582 million).
