In order to provide a common identity for the whole organization, the LogicaCMG group changed its name to "Logica" in 2008.

The Anglo-Dutch company provides business consulting, systems integration, and IT and business process outsourcing services.

Logica was established in 2002 with the merger of U.K.-based Logica and Amsterdam, Netherlands-based CMG. The IT services giant is headquartered in London, the United Kingdom, and is listed on both the London Stock Exchange and the Euronext Amsterdam.

Logica has a workforce of some 39,000 employees across 36 countries, and offers a range of services to enterprises across different sectors including telecoms, financial services, energy and utilities, industry, distribution and transport and the public sector. The company also supports the missions of a third of the world's satellites.
