Graeme Philipson

Graeme Philipson is an independent analyst and writer specializing in IT industry trends. Much of Graeme's market research work was done at Strategic Research, which was the research arm of Strategic Publishing Group, the publishing company he co-founded in 1992. Graeme was also formerly the Asia-Pacific Research Director for Gartner which acquired Strategic Research in 1996.

Daniel Lai has over 35 years of IT experience in Hong Kong and Australia. Prior to joining MTR Corporation in 1999, he held senior IT positions with The Hong Kong Jockey Club. Lai graduated from Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Computing and Management studies and holds a Masters in Technology Management from Griffith University. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society and was its president between 1998 and 2004. Lai was recently named ZDNet Asia's CIO of the Year 2006.

Michael Leung

Based in Hong Kong, Michael Leung manages the bank's IT functions, including business system development, project management, as well as production systems support and data center operations. Michael has over 25 years of international experience in IT, specializing in the banking and finance industry. Before joining Bank of America, he held senior positions in Standard Chartered Bank and Dao Heng Bank. Michael is an active member of the HK Computer Society.

Ng Koh Wee is responsible for the delivery of IT services to the insurance business of Great Eastern Holdings within Singapore. Koh Wee is also the regional head of application development within the Great Eastern Holdings group. Koh Wee joined Great Eastern Life Assurance seven years ago, and prior to his current appointment, he led application development project teams that implemented various applications in Great Eastern Life Assurance.

Dr Colin Quek
CIO, Raffles Medical Group
Dr Colin Quek is a medical doctor by training, and has more than 13 years of working experience in IT. As the CIO for Raffles Medical Group, an integrated healthcare provider in Singapore, he is responsible for meeting the operational and strategic IT needs of the group. Colin was previously the CIO of the National Healthcare Group, and has also spent time teaching IT management at the Institute of Systems Science, National University of Singapore.
