Yahoo CTO talks up Open Strategy

At this week's Web 2.0 Expo in San Francisco, Chief Technology Officer Ari Balogh says he's working on "rewiring Yahoo from the inside out" through a developer platform called Yahoo Open Strategy. YOS' goal is to help Yahoo's front page, plus properties such as Yahoo Mail, offer a more relevant and contextualized user experience. Users will also be able to add applications from Yahoo and third parties on various pages.
