S'pore plans for more connectivity

During his opening address at this week's imbX 2008 show, Dr. Lee Boon Yang, Singapore's Minister for Information, Communication and the Arts, said the country has made significant progress in enabling a highly-connected society--thanks to its 10-year infocomm roadmap, dubbed iN2015. Dr. Lee added that Singapore is looking to further grow its digital media and entertainment industry, which registered 14 percent growth last year.
