Electronic Mission Records (EMiR) are quickly created by entering standardised information into mandatory fields and when the physician hands over the patient to an ambulance paramedic or hospital, part of the EMiR is printed off to form an Electronic Patient Record (EPR). They approached HP as it responded in better manner and provided with test machines.
