Tublip wanted to implement a solid, flexible, and scalable Web-based platform to promote and sell musical and artistic content online and provide a robust, high-availability database to manage large volumes of user and subscriber data and sustain Tublip's growth. The challenge was to create a Web-based music platform to enable registered musicians to expose their musical content and get content based on their preferences, establishing their own guidelines and conditions. Tublip implemented a solid, flexible, and scalable Web-based platform based on Oracle Database Standard Edition to facilitate the development and commercialization of online content for musicians and artists and established a robust, highly available database - enabling the company to manage large volumes of user data.
